After the exertions of yesterday and as it was raining first thing we opted to go to Chatswood Mall, six floors of shops plus numerous food courts offering all types of cuisine. Claire especially likes the range of fresh salads available.
Back in Manly now, planning what to eat on Christmas day.
Words of wisdom.
a small selection of what was available at the juice bar.
First of all thanks for the card and letter - probably our first ever from Australia. It's been delightful to read and follow your adventures - next best thing to making the trip ourselves.
ReplyDeleteIt does seem strange to see pictures of Christmas celebrations along with so much sunshine. Angie was impressed with the knitted bike but thinks it would be difficult knitting in that heat.
Australia looks to be a lovely country judging by the photos thus far. By the time you read this it will be Christmas Eve for you. Angie says the orchid is thriving. I've passed on the blog details to Chris Jacob so expect to hear from him soon. Well, here's wishing you a happy and unusual Christmas. Please don't worry about us here with our odd weather (unusually mild and windy but getting fresher Boxing Day). We'll be thinking of you in your shorts and T-shirts :-) What are you planning for Christmas Day? Regards to Tim. Love David & Angie
